Thanks to the minimal overlap between side sheets, we improve the balance between paper length and unit count.
3-Color Ceramic Printing!
We print standard and custom-printed designs at the highest quality using 120-line ceramic anilox rollers.
The inks used are a special line made for paper cups. They cause no allergic reaction and are certified compliant with food safety codes.
Corona Treatment
We apply corona treatment before printing to polyethylene-coated paper cup stock that has no corona treatment or insufficient corona treatment.
Corona reinforcement is recommended for paper cup stock that has not been used within 6 months of its production date.
Proper Stacking!
After converting paper cup stock received as rolls into side sheets, we use the correct stacking method and separators to minimize damage during transport.
Using euro pallets and stretch banding, we safely ship products to all of our customers throughout Turkey.
